Dr. Trent Pryor headshot

Trent Pryor, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Trent Pryor was raised in Cedar City, Utah and graduated from Cedar High School. He obtained his pre-dental requirements at Southern Utah University. Dr. Pryor received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2007 at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He then completed his 2-year pediatric specialty dental residency at Nova Southeastern University in 2009 and is a board-certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Pryor grew up coaching youth sports programs and knew he wanted to be a positive influence in the life of child for the rest of his life. When not in the office, Dr. Pryor enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, and their four children. He also enjoys competing in triathlons as well as playing basketball, golf, and basically any other sporting activity.

Dr. Jeff Higbee professional

Jeff Higbee, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Jeff Higbee was born in Utah and raised in the small town of Cedar City. He attended Southern Utah University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology. His dental school training was completed at the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine.

After dental school, Dr. Higbee became a board-certified pediatric dentist by completing his 2-year specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Hasbro Children’s Hospital and Saint Joseph’s Hospital for specialty care in Providence, Rhode Island, where he served as chief pediatric dental resident in the final year of his training. During his specialty training, Dr. Higbee enjoyed treating patients from all over the world and especially enjoyed working with patients with special health care needs, including those with cleft lip and palate, autism, down syndrome, and many others conditions.

When Dr. Higbee is not in the dental clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, wife, and four children. He loves the outdoors, being active in the community and coaching youth sports. One interesting thing about Dr. Higbee is that he is fluent in Spanish and enjoys using this special skill to better communicate with many of his patients who speak Spanish as their first language.

Dr. T. Jay Robinson professional

T Jay Robinson, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist

With a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of his patients through dentistry, Dr. T Jay thrives on helping children feel comfortable when they are in his dental chair.

As a father of three children, he understands the importance of compassion and patience when treating kids. Many years ago when he was in dental school, during a humanitarian trip to the Dominican Republic, Dr. T Jay realized the need for skilled pediatric dentists.

At that point he decided to focus his career on children’s dentistry. With more than a decade of experience, he continues to look forward to seeing each of his young patients – and helping them grow into healthy adults.

Lacey Sweetwood

Lacey Sweetwood — Practice Manager

Lacey grew up in Cedar City and has moved around the state of Utah, settling in St. George. She loves the warm weather and enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids, playing at the park, hiking, and relaxing in the sun with a good book.

Lacey started her dental career shortly after high school and spent her first eight years in the back office as a dental assistant. She is now our office manager here at St. George Kids Dental. She loves being able to help families coordinate their children’s dental needs and achieve great dental health for all of the amazing kids who come into our office.

Lacey has been a great addition to our team, and we do not know what we would do without her! She keeps us all on our toes and laughing throughout the day!

Paula Gee – Office Manager

Hi, my name is Paula, I am from Quito Ecuador but have lived in Utah since 1999 and have loved it. I graduated from dental assisting school in 2016 and have been in the dental field ever since: I have worked in general and oral surgery through the years but have been with St.George Kids since 2019 and working with kids is by far my favorite. When I’m not at work I love spending time with my family. I have an amazing husband and 3 daughters who keep me busy all the time.

Alexa Hunter professional

Alexa Hunter – Snow Canyon Office Lead

Alexa was born and raised in Cedar City, Utah. After graduating from Cedar High and working in general dentistry for a year, she moved to St. George to attend Dixie State University. Now working as a pediatric dental assistant, she loves everything this field has to offer, as well as getting to work with children. Alexa enjoys doing just about anything outdoors, whether it is at the lake or up in the mountains. Alexa is a great addition to our team.

Andrea – Surgical Coordinator

Andrea was born in Anaheim, California but raised most of her life in Southern Utah, where she met her husband and had two kids. She graduated from Sun Rock Dental in 2016, started working with us as a dental assistant in 2021, and then moved up front, she is bilingual and always ready to help anywhere she is needed. She has always loved working with kids, but working upfront has shown her a different way to communicate with parents and kids. She loves being a part of this team as much as we love having her here. When she is not at work you will find her spending time with her husband and kids or with her nose in a book.

Madison – Front Office Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

Hi, My name is Madison. I was born and raised in Santaquin and moved to St. George, Utah when I was 15 years old. I recently started here as a dental assistant at St. George Kids and have loved every minute of it. Working with children is great because there are always new stories to hear and each day is different. I love helping each one of our patients feel special and helping to take the fears of the dentist’s office away. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends or putting my cosmetology license to use by doing hair.

Asia – Front Office Receptionist

Asia was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and moved to St. George last year. She is majoring in cybersecurity and works on her coursework in the evenings. Outside of work and school, Asia enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Kierra – Front Office Receptionist

Hi! I’m Kierra and I work as a receptionist at Saint George Kids Dental once a week. I’m currently attending hair school and hope to one day own my own salon. Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephews—they bring so much joy to my life!
I enjoy being outdoors—hiking, boating, and staying active through fitness. Meeting new people is something I truly enjoy, and I also like shopping.

Randi Goodell – Pediatric Dental Hygienist

Randi is from Bountiful, Utah, where she met her high school sweetheart, Chad. They moved to St. George so Randi could attend the dental hygiene program at DSU. When she is out of the office, she is either shopping or spending time outdoors with friends and family. Randi is with us full-time; she enjoys working with kids, and she loves the fact that her “job” consists of playing with children all day. One of her main goals is to make each patient feel like her best friend before they leave. We love having her around and the positive attitude she brings!

Megan – Pediatric Dental Hygienist

Megan was born and raised in St. George, Utah and attended the dental hygiene program at Dixie State University. She worked in general dentistry for a couple years then started temping at St. George Kids Dental and quickly found her love for pediatric dental hygiene! She loves the fast paced environment of pediatrics and getting to help kids enjoy going to the dentist. When she’s not at work, she is spending time with her husband and kids, playing outdoors, or doing a homesteading project.

Erica – Surgical Lead Assistant

Erica was born and raised in Southern Utah. Her interest in all things teeth started at a young age. At a routine dental appointment she shared her plans to pursue the hygienist path, to which the dentist asked her “why not dentistry?” Since that day and a lot of thought, she has been on the path to become a dentist. When her day is over with us, she works on her Bachelor’s degree coursework in the evenings. Planning to apply to dental school in August of 2024. She has enjoyed the time working with the kids so much, that she now plans on pursuing a pediatric dentist degree.

Bailee – Hygiene Lead

Bailee was born and raised in South Jordan, Utah and just recently moved to Saint George. She completed her Dental Assisting program in 2018 when she graduated from Bingham High School and has worked in the pediatric dental field ever since. Bailee is the oldest of six and has three little kids of her own, so working with children has always been in her nature! Her favorite parts about being a dental assistant are meeting new people everyday and helping make the dentist a fun experience for kids. When Bailee’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her family in the pool and is kept busy trying to keep up with her kids!

Emily – Dental Assistant

Emily was born and raised in St. George, UT, and has always had a deep love for children. The second oldest of seven siblings, Emily’s natural inclination toward nurturing and caring for others blossomed at a young age. She pursued her passion for healthcare by attending dental assistant school in 2019, and shortly after, in 2020, she became a proud mom to a beautiful daughter. After taking time to be a stay-at-home mom, Emily has returned to her career as a Dental and Surgical Assistant, bringing her expertise and compassionate approach to pediatric care.

Samantha – Dental Assistant

Samantha grew up in Idaho falls with her parents and 2 siblings.She is  currently pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene!! Whoot whoot!! When Samantha is not at work she loves reading, getting food and enjoying the St. George sun.

Aspyn – Dental Assistant

Aspyn was born and raised in northern Utah and moved to St. George in 2022. She completed her dental assisting program in 2019 and has been a Pediatric Dental Assistant ever since. She enjoys working with children while making the dental office a fun and exciting place to visit. In her free time she enjoys anything outdoors, fitness, and art. She can’t wait to meet your children and give them the best experience possible when it comes to dentistry!
